The Board of Directors of United Way of West Ellis County plays a vital role in guiding the organization’s mission and impact in our community. Board members provide leadership and oversight, ensuring strong fiscal responsibility, supporting fundraising efforts, and helping shape the policies and programs that drive our work forward.
Made up of dedicated community leaders, the Board meets monthly with staff to collaborate, provide insight, and help strengthen our service to West Ellis County.
Prospective Board members are nominated (self-nominations are welcome) and thoughtfully reviewed by the Board Development Committee. Recommendations are then presented to the full Board for approval.
