Officer Hughes has lived in Ellis County since 1986, and is a Midlothian High School Graduate. He served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, started Policing in 1998, and has been with Midlothian Police Department since 2013. He has been in ministry since 2002 and currently the Youth Pastor at Five Stones Church.
