Workplace Giving Campaigns

What are Workplace Giving Campaigns?

Workplace Giving Campaigns are a simple and meaningful way for businesses to support working families in Ellis County. These campaigns help companies strengthen their community impact while engaging employees through giving and volunteer opportunities. Partnerships with the United Way of West Ellis County help businesses meet their corporate social responsibility goals while creating lasting change in our community - a shared purpose that benefits everyone.

Whether you’re a small business, large corporation, or nonprofit organization, you can join other local partners in investing in our community through the annual United Way campaign. A workplace campaign gives employees meaningful opportunities to give back, build team connections, and make a direct impact on the lives of neighbors across Ellis County.

What does it take to run a campaign?

Every workplace campaign is unique and can be tailored to fit your organization’s culture. Some employees choose to give through easy payroll deduction to support the Community Impact Fund, while others enjoy getting involved through volunteer opportunities, agency visits, Day of Action, or hosting United Way speakers at company events and meetings.
